The HM-133 is a mobile hand microphone, not a portable radio accessory. It plugs into the microphone socket on the front panel of the mobile radio. The body sits in the hand or clips to the dash.
The keypad carries the DTMF digits, the star and hash keys and the A-D keys. It also carries function keys and up/down tuning keys. The keys are backlit, so the operator can read them at night. A PTT bar runs along the side of the body.
