Shipping Policy

We provide global shipping services for industrial two-way radios and communication accessories. The shipment lead time varies according to the product model and order quantity. Generally, orders will be arranged for shipment within 3-7 working days after payment confirmation for standard small-batch orders. Bulk orders, special model specifications and customized orders will be confirmed with customized delivery schedules. We support standard international shipping, express shipping and bulk sea/air freight for corporate orders.

Shipping cost, delivery time and customs duty depend on the destination country, order quantity and shipping method. All import duties, taxes and local handling fees borne by the destination country shall be undertaken by the buyer.

Return & Exchange Policy

We support product return and exchange under legitimate conditions within 7-15 working days after customers receive goods. Eligible returns must meet the following conditions: products are unused, complete original packaging, intact accessories and no artificial damage.

Unacceptable Return Situations

1. Products damaged by artificial operation, unauthorized disassembly or modification; 2. Products damaged during customer-assigned transportation; 3. Customized OEM/ODM products specially produced according to customer requirements; 4. Normal wear and tear of product appearance after use.

After-sales Warranty

All our two-way radio products enjoy standard industrial warranty service. During the warranty period, we provide free maintenance or replacement for quality problems caused by non-human factors.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect the returned goods to be qualified, the refund will be processed within 5-10 working days. The actual arrival time of the refund depends on the customer’s payment channel rules.
